FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
Beautiful Divi Little Bay Beach Resort seeks a seasoned F&B Director for our full service, mixed-use, St. Maarten resort. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate F&B Director who can develop and implement F&B strategies while leading the team to deliver the highest standards of guest satisfaction. The F&B Director is responsible for the overall operation of their assigned restaurant(s) and Banquet events. Key responsibilities include; team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, the development, training and retention of associates. To work actively to ensure the restaurant meets the financial and operating goals. The Director is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and all conflict resolution in their area of responsibility.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven F & B professional for this role who has proven success in managing F & B Operations. The F&B Director must have experience managing and motivating a large team, establishing guidelines for operations and maximizing efficiency and minimizing labor costs, possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with business contacts and guests. They also must have a proven track record of leading banquet and catering functions as well as developing new menu items and setting competitive pricing. Experience working in the Caribbean is highly desirable as is bi-lingual language skills (Spanish/French) as well. ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER
Beautiful Divi Little Bay Beach Resort is located on a private peninsula between two beautiful bays in Dutch St. Maarten. This family-friendly resort is situated directly on the beach, and features exceptional service, endless recreational activities and all the comforts of home. Guests can enjoy a variety of water sports, local shops, restaurants, and casinos only minutes from the resort. We are currently seeking a ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER to join our team. The Rooms Division Manager is responsible for ensuring that we provide all members and guests with the highest levels of service possible. The Rooms Division Manager will manage our Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry and Guest Services. This position requires an individual who will use exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to motivate, train and drive service scores to ensure that our property remains an industry leader. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a bachelor's degree or related hospitality degree with 5+ years of resort hospitality experience along with strong MS Office skills. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.
