All Divi weeks are for 7 consecutive nights, beginning and ending on Saturday with the exception of Divi Village, the Villas at Divi Village, and the Beachfront Villas at Divi Little Bay, where weeks begin and end on Sunday. • Check-in time at most Divi resorts is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.
An additional charge of $75 per day per extra person will be imposed for exceeding the maximum number of persons allowed in any given unit.
Roll-away beds and cribs may be available on a first come, first served basis for a fee (currently $10 per day). If available, there is a limit of 1 roll-away bed and/or crib per unit.
A credit card imprint is required upon check-in. A $100.00US late check out penalty for every two hours exceeding check out time will be charged. The resort reserves the right to remove and store all personal items once the check out time has passed.
A specific unit number, view or resort location may not be guaranteed for any reservation other than contracted weeks paid in accordance with applicable payment policies.
Except as noted below, reservations may be changed to alternate resorts or travel dates within the same year, based on availability and with payment of the applicable change fee: 4 months or greater = $99.00, greater than 2 months, less than 4 months = $149.00, greater than 1 week, less than 2 months = $189.00, within 1 week of travel = $209.00. Upgrade fees may apply.
Reservations made using RCI Points, DVC Pure Points, Dreamscapes, Complimentary Weeks and Divi Club Escape Weeks may not be changed.
Reservations may be deposited for exchange with RCI or II up to 14 days prior to travel with a valid “Weeks” membership.
Upgrade requests may only be made by contacting Divi Reservations Department. All applicable upgrade and administrative fees in effect at the time the request is made will be due and payable at the time of confirmation. Accommodation upgrades cannot be guaranteed.
Relocation to alternate accommodations may be required when using a non-owned week or additional room nights in conjunction with a contracted week vacation.
Full housekeeping service is provided on check-in day and mid-week. Trash removal and towel change service is provided daily. Daily housekeeping service may be arranged at check-in.
Reservations, including discounted meal plans and scuba dive packages, may not be cancelled and unused portions are non-refundable for cash or credit.
Divi Reservations Department must be notified at least 7 days in advance of alternate guests using the reserved accommodation. The name of each guest must be provided at check-in.
Government taxes, energy surcharges, turnover taxes, and other miscellaneous charges may be due and payable at the resort.
No pets are allowed at any Divi Property. All fees are subject to change without notice.
