TIP: To make a reservation, simply download the app and enter your desired hotel and travel dates. You can also click the “Book” icon at the bottom of the app.
You can access your reservation anytime from anywhere. Click the “My Reservation” icon at the bottom of the app, select which resort you booked, and click “Continue.” From there, you will be asked to provide your last name and reservation confirmation number
TIP: If you are a Divi Resorts Timeshare Vacation Owner or if you booked a stay through our NC call center, you can find your confirmation number in the email you received after booking your vacation.
If you booked through the Divi Vacation Club, online at www.diviresorts.com, on our Divi Resorts mobile app, or through a third-party such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc., you need to contact our Divi Reservations Department at (800) 367-3484 or via email at email@example.com to request your confirmation number. We recommend that you reach out at least 72 hours prior to arrival to request your confirmation number.
If you are heading to one of our resorts, you can take advantage of express check-in and checkout right from our app. Click the “Check-In” icon at the bottom of the app, select the resort you are checking in to, and click “Continue.” From there, you will be asked to provide your last name and reservation confirmation number. Although our standard check-in time begins at 4 p.m., you can begin the express check-in process up to 24 hours prior to arrival, and you will be notified once your room is ready. You can also checkout on the app at your convenience.
TIP: Download our helpful guide for detailed instructions on how to use express check-in and checkout. Don’t forget to bring a photo ID and the credit card used to complete express check-in to the Front Desk to pick up your room keys.

Beyond booking a stay, the Divi Resorts app gives you access to our suite of mobile guest services, including mobile check-in and checkout, concierge assistance, and vacation updates, all from the palm of your hand, throughout your entire trip.

Special amenities are available at each resort and can be requested through the app. Simply open the app and visit the directory. Click on the island you're interested in and click the amenities box. Once there, you can check out the special amenities and make a request directly by filling in the guest and purchaser information and submitting the form.
