By booking our non-refundable rates or packages, you acknowledge and accept that your booking is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled after 24 hours of booking your reservation; 100% of the total stay value is due at the time of booking; reservation is NON-TRANSFERABLE. A reservation modification may be done up to 30 days prior to arrival; however, you will be responsible to pay the rate difference at the time of the change. All reservations changes will be based on availability and dates cannot be guaranteed. Any non-refundable reservations that are booked under a promotional campaign will be recalculated at the current promotional campaign being offered at the time of the reservation modification. If the stay total is less than what was originally paid from when your reservation was originally created, that amount will remain non-refundable. It’s highly recommended that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect your vacation in the event of an emergency.
