What types of suites does Divi Aruba Phoenix have?
Divi Aruba Phoenix is an all-suite resort on Palm Beach, Aruba, with studio suites, one- and two-bedroom suites, with a select number of three-bedroom units across our 4 beach towers and phase 1 tower. Every suite has a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony or patio, and many include a washer and dryer.

Is there a kids’ club at Divi Aruba Phoenix?
Yes, we have a kids’ program, but it is not a drop-off club. Divi Little Explorers is a kids’ club for ages 4 to 12, as an optional package add-on to your reservation. Packages include priority access to children’s activities and meal plans. Learn more here.
Divi Aruba Phoenix is about 5 miles from Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA), roughly 15 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals and cost about $30 USD to the resort.
No. Divi Aruba Phoenix does not offer an all-inclusive plan. Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort offers bed and breakfast packages, or room-only stays. For an all-inclusive stay on Aruba, choose Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort or Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort.

Yes. Divi Aruba Phoenix sits directly on Palm Beach, one of Aruba’s best-known white-sand beaches, with calm water year-round. Every suite is steps from the sand. It’s about a 25 minute walk to Eagle Beach.
Can I reserve beach chairs or palapas?
No. Beach chairs and palapas are free for guests on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Chairs left unattended for more than two hours may be reassigned, and items shouldn’t be placed on chairs before 7 a.m.
Is there a lifeguard at Divi Aruba Phoenix?
No. There’s no lifeguard at the beach or pools, so swimming is at your own risk and children must be supervised by an adult.
Not necessarily. Divi Aruba Phoenix is in the Palm Beach high-rise area, a very short walk from restaurants and shops. To explore the island, Royal Car Rental has a desk off the lobby, or you can book at arubaroyal.com. Taxis are also widely available from the resort.
Can I arrange a birthday or anniversary surprise at Divi Aruba Phoenix?
Yes. Choose from our special amenities, such as welcome turndown service with rose petals, our honeymoon package with chilled wine and chocolates, and our team will have them ready for your celebration. What is the $1 daily Divi Cares charge on my bill?
Divi Aruba Phoenix adds $1 per day of your stay to your bill as a donation to Ban Uni Man Pa Cria Nos Muchanan, a local program that provides daily breakfast to Aruban schoolchildren. Divi Resorts covers all administrative costs, so 100% of the donation goes to the foundation. Learn more at our Divi Cares page.

Yes. The 24-hour fitness center is on the second floor of the main tower next to the spa and opens with your room key. Children under 8 aren’t allowed, and ages 8 to 15 must be supervised by an adult.

Aruba is on Atlantic Standard Time (UTC-4) all year and doesn’t observe daylight saving time. It’s one hour ahead of U.S. Eastern time in winter and the same time in summer.
Yes. Most Beach Tower units have their own washer and dryer, while Phoenix 1 rooms do not. Guests can also use coin-operated machines, which take U.S. quarters, in several locations around the resort.

Can Divi Aruba Phoenix guests use amenities at the other Divi Aruba resorts?
Yes. Phoenix guests can dine at Divi Village Golf’s restaurants, including Windows on Aruba, BarTapas and Mulligan’s, play The Links at Divi Aruba, and book treatments at Indulgence By The Sea Spa. These are about 3 miles away, and the free resort shuttle does not stop at Phoenix, so plan on a taxi or rental car.
Is there a casino near Divi Aruba Phoenix?
Yes. Alhambra Casino & Shops is a few minutes from the resort, with slots, table games, an open-air shopping mall and restaurants.
Divi Aruba Phoenix has two freshwater pools, the Main Pool and the Villa Pool, both open 24 hours, plus a hot tub for guests 16 and older. Pool chairs are free and first-come, first-served.
What payment methods does Divi Aruba Phoenix accept?
Divi Aruba Phoenix accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The resort’s restaurants, bars and shops are all cashless, but you can pay cash at the Front Desk.
Do I need to exchange money in Aruba?
