WHAT’S IT LIKE TO WORK FOR DIVI RESORTS?
At Divi Resorts, we celebrate diversity, treat each other with respect, and embrace inclusion. It’s something we take great pride in. We’ve asked a few of our Divi team members to share what they love about their job and the company.
"One thing is for sure, I always have fun while at work. I have been working in housekeeping for 4 months, and I am so happy to say that I am learning and growing each and every day. Most importantly, I love the work I do as I work to provide excellent service to our guests to make their vacation special and unforgettable."
“I love my job. Everyday there is something new to learn. Looking back on my career trajectory at Divi Resorts, I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to grow within the company, and this is only the beginning. I have gained so much knowledge and have a much better understanding of operations and how it works.”
“It’s been 6 years full of fun working at The Links at Divi Aruba. I love the environment, the feeling of one big family, and learning a lot. From merchandizing, inventory, scheduling, organizing golf tournaments, I get to do it all. I’m excited to wake up every day to new challenges, I love the creativity, and I’m passionate about everything I do.”
"I would not trade my job or my company for any other! I absolutely enjoy making signature drinks and watching the guests thoroughly enjoy the experience as they arrive or whilst lounging on the beach."
"I'm Divi Dive’s Dive Master and Assistant Dive Manager, and I've been working for Divi for the past 19 years. I love taking the plunge with guests. Diving is my job, my hobby, my passion, and my sport."
"It does not feel like I am at work but more like I am at home assisting my family and friends. I'm always open to new things and eager to learn. I'm most proud of my certificates of appreciation from the White House Communications Agency for providing support to the Vice President of the United States (now President), Joe Bidden, during his visits to St. Croix."
"I like to ensure that guests are happy and loving our food while feeling at home. It's important that my team is always in good spirits while at work so we can have a smooth operation in the kitchen. I'm very proud to work at Divi.
