The CB is an all-inclusive resort for adults (18+), the only one of its kind on St. Croix!

St. Croix’s temperature remains constant year-round, averaging about 80°F (27°C) each day with water temperatures around 70°F (21°C). Trade winds provide constant cooling and there is a rainfall in the late summer and fall season.
All beaches on St. Croix are open to the public. The water at Divi Carina Bay is safe for swimming. All hotel rooms are just steps from the beach with stunning views. Our Hillside Suites are located across a small street and many have obstructed views of the water.
There is no lifeguard on duty, therefore swimming is at your own risk. Please do not bring glass containers to the beach areas. Proper beach attire is required at all times. Play it safe and wear reef-safe sunscreen! We also ask that you extinguish cigarettes in the receptacles provided and respect our other guests by keeping noise to a minimum after 9 p.m. Please read and comply with all posted signs.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are complimentary for all guests and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not allow guests to reserve chairs in advance. Any chairs left unattended for more than two hours will be reassigned to other guests. Please do not place articles on pool chairs before 7 a.m. Reserving chairs or umbrellas in advance is not allowed.
Beach chairs & umbrellas are spaced out to provide social distancing.
Beach towels are available at the water sports center. We kindly ask that you consider the environment and change your towel only once per day.
During certain times of the year, the island and our beach experiences large amounts of seaweed, which is unavoidable. The resort staff regularly clean the beach, but the beach cannot be cleaned during turtle nesting season.

CHECK-IN
Our resort’s official check-in time is 4:00 p.m., but we always try to have your room ready for you as soon as possible. Please understand that Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days for arrivals and departures, and your room may not be ready until the official check-in time.
For your safety, we have added hand sanitizer stations at our lobby entrances and exits, and social distancing must be followed at all times.
Our bellman staff will follow special safety procedures when handling luggage and assisting guests to their units. Luggage will be left at the front door, and bellman will not enter the unit.
CHECKOUT
Our resort’s official checkout time is 10:00 a.m. As a consideration to arriving guests, please plan to vacate your room at this time so we can have it fresh and clean for the next guest. A late checkout fee of $100 for 2 hours (up to 12:00 p.m.) will be charged to your account for late departures.
Your bill will be delivered to your room the night prior to your checkout date. To avoid long lines at checkout, please call the Front Desk prior to leaving your room, and we will process your credit card on file for any room or incidental charges.
If you are not leaving the resort immediately, and you have vacated your room, your luggage can be checked with the bell staff and stored safely until your departure.

The resorts dress code is laid-back and informal. Eveningwear is typically casual. It is not permitted to remove any part of your swimwear on the beach or around the pool.
There is no need to purchase bottled water in St. Croix, as the island's tap water is safe to drink.
On St. Croix, we ask that you drive with extreme care. Vehicles drive on the left-hand side of the road (not on the right-hand side like in the U.S.) and U.S. traffic signs are used. Cars have the steering wheel on the same side as in the U.S., even though driving is on the left hand side of the road. Foreign and international driver’s licenses are valid.

Taxis are widely available on the island. Unlike those on the mainland, they have no meters. All carry government-issued rate sheets with prices for destinations throughout the island, based on two passengers per trip. St. Croix’s electrical current is DC 110 volts, 60 cycle – USA voltage and plugs fit out outlets.
Additional gratuity is always welcome if you feel we have provided you with service that went above and beyond the call of duty. Simply add the tip to your dining receipt and it will automatically be added to your bill.
At this time Divi Carina Bay is not accepting group, wedding, or event bookings.
Our fitness center offers the latest exercise equipment, including a computerized bicycle, a StairMaster, and other cardiovascular/aerobic training equipment. It’s open 24 hours a day and accessible with your room key. Please limit your workout on any cardiovascular machine to 30 minutes when others are waiting. The rules and regulations of the fitness center are posted at the entrance and all workouts are at your own risk.
All guests are required to follow social distancing when using the fitness center and sanitize equipment before and after use.

Upon check-in, guests can request their preferred room cleaning schedule as daily housekeeping and tidy services need to be scheduled in advance.
English is the official language of St Croix. During the fall and winter, 12 p.m. on the east coast of the United States is 1 p.m. on the island. During U.S. Daylight Savings Time, it’s the same on the eastern seaboard as it is on the island.
We offer convenient coin operated washing machines and dryers at the resort. These machines take US quarters.
Please note that all rooms at our resort are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly limited to designated areas on the resort premises, as well as on your own patio or balcony. According to the United States Virgin Islands Department of Health, there is a basic rule of maintaining a 20-foot distance from any entrance, exit, ventilation intake, serving area in a restaurant, lobby, or any other public space.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request that you use ashtrays or designated receptacles when smoking and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Please be mindful of the island's windy conditions and show consideration to non-smokers who may be nearby.
Please be aware that a sanitation fee of $300 will be applied to your account if smoking occurs inside your suite. Thank you for your cooperation.

Parking is free of charge at all our Divi Resorts. Although our parking lot is well lit and regularly patrolled, we recommend that you lock your car doors and windows, and do not leave valuables or your room key in your vehicle. We assume no liability for theft/or damage to your vehicle.
Pool chairs are complimentary for all guests and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be aware that you cannot reserve pool chairs in advance.
