Divi Hotels Marketing, Inc., is managing this contest on behalf of the following independently owned resorts operating under the Divi Resorts brand: Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort, Divi Southwinds Beach Resort, Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino, Divi Little Bay Beach Resort and Oceans at Divi Little Bay.
Contestants must be at least eighteen years old at entry to be eligible for this contest. Entries must be made by filling out email preference form. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. The winner will be selected in a random drawing and must show proof of age. The winner will be notified via email. The prize will be forfeited if the winner is not eighteen or older.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If the contest winner has a current reservation at any Divi Resort location, travel must be completed on their current reservation before using the contest prize. The prize will be forfeited if the current reservation is canceled and not rebooked for any reason.
A certificate will be issued for a five-night/six-day stay in a studio suite in one of the participating Divi Resorts that sleeps up to four people. Suites contain one private king bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room/dining area, kitchen, private balcony, or patio. Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino's studio suite includes two queen beds, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a private balcony or patio. At Divi Southwinds Beach Resort, the winner will receive one-bedroom suite accommodations that include a private bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, private bathroom, kitchen, and balcony or patio. Incidentals and taxes are the winner's responsibility and are due and payable at checkout.
The certificate cannot be transferred, and the winner must make the reservation and travel to redeem the prize. The prize has no cash value and can only be used for the stated prize. When making the reservation, blackout dates and holidays will apply, and booking will be based on availability.
