If I purchased all-inclusive at a participating St. Maarten resort but am traveling after October 1, 2025, can I upgrade to Premium?
Yes! Whether you purchased an all-inclusive stay through www.diviresorts.com, the Divi Resorts’ Call Center, or a third-party provider, you can add the Premium plan on at anytime for an extra fee.
Can I upgrade from Signature to Premium at check-in or anytime during my stay?
Yes. You can upgrade from Signature to Premium All-Inclusive at any time, however, you cannot down grade from Premium to Signature. A three-day minimum is required for all-inclusive reservations and add-ons.
How do I choose between the Signature and Premium plans when booking my vacation?
If you are making a reservation for either Divi Little Bay Beach Resort or Oceans at Divi Little Bay through www.diviresorts.com, you’ll have the option to select either the Signature or Premium all-inclusive plan.
Tip: If you book through a third party provider, you will have access to the Signature All-Inclusive package. You can upgrade to Premium at the front desk upon arrival.
If I am on the signature plan, can I dine at Mix at Oceans or Fort Amsterdam Café?
Yes! If you don’t want to choose the Premium package, you can absolutely still enjoy these two restaurants on the Signature plan; any items you purchase will simply be added to your final resort bill. For Mix at Oceans, there is a special Signature all-inclusive option: a $45 surcharge for unlimited dining (does not include premium spirits).
Is there a minimum number of days required to purchase either all-inclusive plan?
Yes, you are required to purchase a minimum of three consecutive days. Once purchased, the all-inclusive plan will be applied to the remainder of your stay.
Are taxes, fees, and gratuities included in the price?
Yes, they are included. However, if you choose to recognize a staff member for exceptional service with an additional gratuity, it can be added to your check.
If I am traveling with a party of multiple people who booked individually on separate reservations and are staying in separate units, are we required to have the same all-inclusive plan?
No, if you are staying in separate units on separate reservations, you do not all need to be on the same plan. However, guests staying in the same room are required to be on the same all-inclusive plan.
