Check-in time at Divi Club Destinations is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Refer to your DVC Loyalty Benefits to review eligibility for early check-in.
An additional charge of $75 per day per extra person will be imposed for exceeding the maximum number of persons allowed in any given unit.
Roll-awaybeds and cribs may be available on a first come, first served basis for a daily rate of $10.00 each. If available, there is a limit of 1 roll-away bed and/or crib per unit.
A valid photo ID must be presented at check-in. Guests of Divi Club Destinations must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A credit card imprint is required upon check-in. A $100.00US late check out penalty for every two hours exceeding check out time will be charged. All Divi Club Destinations reserve the right to remove and store all personal items once the check-out time has passed.
A DVC Member/ Guest who fails to check in on the first day of a reservation must notify the Divi Club Destination they are traveling to or risk cancellation of their entire reservation without restoration of club points.
A Guest Certificate must be presented upon check-in if the DVC Member is not traveling.
Club reservations that are made 120 days or more before the start date and are cancelled within the Grace Period (Silver – within 48 hours of making reservation; Gold – within 14 days; Platinum – within 30 days; President’s Elite – within 90 days) will not incur a reservation cancellation fee and 100% of Points are reinstated. Reservations cancelled outside of the Grace Period that are 120 days or more prior to arrival will incur a reservation cancellation fee of $105 per reservation and 100% of Points are reinstated. Reservations cancelled outside of the Grace Period that are 119 days or less prior to arrival will incur a reservation cancellation fee of $172 per reservation and 100% of Points are reinstated. Additional fees may apply. A change to a previously confirmed reservation shall be treated in the same manner as a cancellation.
The Divi Club Destinations are based on weekly Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday stays. Stays that cross over a Saturday or Sunday date may require a change of unit. Management will work to minimize any inconvenience for Members and Guests.
A specific unit number, view or Divi Club Destination may not be guaranteed for any reservation other than contracted Home Weeks paid in accordance with applicable payment policies.
Full housekeeping service is provided on check-in day and mid-week. Trash removal and towel change service is provided daily. Daily housekeeping service may be arranged at check-in. Refer to your DVC Loyalty Benefits to review additional services that may be included.
Discounted meal plans and scuba dive packages may not be cancelled and unused portions are non-refundable for cash or credit.
Government taxes, energy surcharges, turnover taxes, and other miscellaneous charges may be due and payable at the resort.
