Construction
The construction continues on the new development at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort and success of the final results is becoming more and more evident!
The new development will add 140 luxury suites to the existing 101 units at the resort. The new suites will be housed in four eight-story buildings, each featuring studios, one bedroom suites, and two and three bedroom penthouses.
Each suite will feature fully equipped kitchens with convection oven, gas stovetop, microwave, and full-size refrigerators. Additional amenities include king-sized beds and queen-sized sleeper sofas, 32” or 42” plasma televisions, washer dryer combination and well-appointed baths with Jacuzzi tubs.
Total resort facilities will include two tennis courts, free form pool with swim-up bar, waterslide, and large Jacuzzi; a new open-air grill restaurant 
with lounge and entertainment, beachside water sports center, and fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment.
The project will be built in a single phase construction process with full completion scheduled for winter 2008.
